
Warm water will give the lenses a bit more flexibility.
****You must let moisture fully evaporate overnight in order for the lenses to adhere securely.
Placing lenses closer to the bridge of the sunglasses seems to be the best location, but move them around to find what works best for you..
Once they are completely dry you can use a soft cloth to clean any smudges.
Seemores can be cut to fit a smaller sunglass lens. Using a pair of very sharp sissors, trim along the curved bottom of lenses to desired size. **However if you cut them they can not be returned if you are unsatisfied.
Seemores may not work in all sunglasses. Some wrap around extreme curved shapes may not allow lenses to adhere properly, causing them to pop out. Trimming the lenses on the sides making them smaller may solve this issue in such cases.

To remove simply loosen a corner of each lens and remove. Lenses can be reused over and over again on other pairs of sunglasses.
As with any bi-focal, progressive or graduated lenses, they take some time to get used to. While driving and walking down stairs take caution to look above lenses away from the magnified portion. Once you are used to them you will never want to be without them! Finally you will SEEMORE, CLEARLY!
